Engineering Meets Design
A movable pool floor is one of the most remarkable innovations in luxury pool design. By raising or lowering a motorized floor platform, your pool can function as a shallow wading area for children, a flat entertainment deck, or a full-depth swimming pool, all without compromising aesthetics.

The Technology
The floor platform is raised and lowered via a hydraulic piston or electric motor system, smooth, quiet, and precise to the millimeter.
Most systems travel from flush with the pool deck (0") down to 6'6", covering the full range from toddler-safe to competition depth.
Raise, lower, or stop at any preset depth via a wall panel, key switch, or smartphone app, with child-safety lockouts built in.
The floor surface is finished in the same tile, plaster, or pebble material as the rest of the pool, completely seamless when raised.
We retrofit movable floors into existing pools as well as integrate them into new construction, both are viable with the right structural assessment.
We handle all structural engineering, electrical permits, and pool board inspections required for movable floor installation.

This stunning outdoor renovation and design included Porcelain pavers, a louvered patio structure over a large outdoor kitchen with Marble countertops. The sunken firepit contains onyx crushed glass with a Weeping wall water feature as the backdrop and two fire bowl. The Turf paver pattern is seamless from the front yard to the backyard. Drout tolerant landscaping is used and illuminated with beautiful outdoor lighting.

La Hermosa is a stunning Backyard Oasis located in Laguna Niguel, California. This backyard renovation has it all. A custom fireplace, firepit, Patio structure, retaining walls with smooth stucco, a stunning pebble finished pool with raised zero edge spa, a custom wood feature wall, turf, concrete pads, Sports court, BBQ, all with an elegant design. As we love to say, This is a prime example of using a premade Costco patio cover to make your oasis on a budget.

This Modern zero edge pool was a remodel. The previous pool was a basic rectangle that we modified the spa footprint. Porcelain pavers and integrated channel drains throughout the backyard and a black galaxy granite for the raised bond beam create a stunning and timeless modern look for this backyard.

Aloha! This project was designed to bring Hawaii to our client’s backyard. An IPE pool deck was built to access the pool. Natural stone steps we created for the walkway surrounding the home. A beautiful pool with a pebble finish and natural stone coping was built to last a lifetime. The natural stone fire pit gives way to a private escape next to the sound of the pools water features. A lush and newly planted garden surrounds the home creating an island like paradise.
