With a custom alumawood patio BBQ structure, stunning Angelus Paver backyard and precast coping through the pool, this beautiful backyard transformation creates a safe and enjoyable space for family entertaining. The pool has an automatic cover that the kids can lay on to look at the stars or even watch TV for the custom Nexus TV lift built into the pool. The entire home was painted inside and out to ensure the look carried from the front of the home to the back.

Featured in Modernism week and toured by thousands of people. This stunning Mid Century Modern home with Bi-folding doors /Stacking doors create a true entertainment home and vacation getaway. Floors were a custom colored polished concrete. This property features floating drywall creating a sleek look with no baseboards. A new kidney pool and spa were done to and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms added to the home as part of this project.

With Handmade Tiles designed and made by EDC and installed throughout the home, a custom copper countertop with a one of a kind patina island, vaulted ceilings, a one of a kind front door, a waterwheel koi pond, hand made pendant lighting, smooth plastered/stucco vanity, hand made sinks throughout the entire home and white shaker kitchen cabinets.
